Welcome to CoreEcom.store. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, located at http://coreecom.store (the “Site”), and all related services provided by Growthscout Marketing (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site.

1. The CoreEcom.store Marketplace

CoreEcom.store is a digital services marketplace that connects buyers with professional service providers (“Sellers”) for e-commerce, design, web, AI, and related services. We act as a neutral platform and payment facilitator, holding funds in an escrow account until a service is successfully delivered.

2. User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site.
Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Wallet and Payments

Wallet System: To purchase a service, you must first add funds to your CoreEcom Wallet. This balance is not a bank account and is not insured by any government agency.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any issues arising from their services.
Escrow Service: When you purchase a service, the payment is held in our secure escrow system. Funds are released to the Seller only after the buyer approves the service delivery or after the auto-release period.
Non-Refundable Wallet Balance: Funds added to your wallet are final and non-refundable. They can only be used for purchases on the Site. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how disputes are handled.

4. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

Buyer Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and detailed instructions for the service.
- Communicate promptly with the Seller.
- Review and approve the delivered work in a timely manner.
Seller Responsibilities:
- Provide the service as described in the service listing.
- Deliver work in a timely manner according to the agreed-upon timeline.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with the Buyer.
- Ensure all delivered work is original and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- All Sellers on the platform must be verified by CoreEcom.store.

5. Disputes and Cancellations

Dispute Process: All disputes between buyers and sellers must be initiated through our designated dispute resolution process, typically via WhatsApp or another official support channel. We will act as the final arbiter in all disputes.
Fund Release: If a dispute is resolved in the Buyer’s favor, the funds held in escrow for that specific transaction will be returned to the Buyer’s CoreEcom Wallet.
Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled by the Seller. If a Seller cancels an order, the funds are immediately returned to the Buyer’s CoreEcom Wallet.

6. Intellectual Property

Seller’s Content: Sellers retain all ownership rights to the work they create and deliver until the payment is released from escrow. Once payment is released, the Buyer is granted all rights to the delivered work, unless otherwise specified in the service description.
Site Content: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Growthscout Marketing and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Post or transmit any content that is abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
Engage in fraudulent activities or use the Site for any illegal purposes.
Circumvent the payment and escrow system by making or accepting direct payments outside of the Site. This will result in immediate account termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Site or the services offered by Sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any services provided by Sellers on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Growthscout Marketing, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
